Elixir Ayurveda Hospital and Wellness Centre ("Elixir", "we", "us") runs the Elixir Ayurveda hospital at B-8 & 9, Sreerangam B Lane, Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695010, India, and the website elixirayurveda.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and how we look after it. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, and basic information about how you use our website:

• Contact details: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and country.
• Your enquiry: the programme or treatment you are interested in, your preferred dates and length of stay, and any message you write to us.
• Health information you choose to share: for example, a condition you would like our doctor to know about before a consultation. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing; you can also tell our doctor directly.
• Website usage: pages visited, the ad or link that brought you to us, and device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar tools (see below).

How we collect it

• Enquiry and appointment forms on our website.
• Enquiry forms inside our Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads. Google or Meta passes the details you submit to us.
• Phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails you send us.

Your consent

When you send us an enquiry, you agree that we may use your details to reply to you and arrange your consultation and stay. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see below). We will then stop using your details, except where the law requires us to keep records.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email, and arrange a consultation with our doctor.
• To plan and book your treatment programme, stay and airport transfers.
• To protect our forms from spam and misuse.
• To understand which of our ads and pages are useful, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never use the health information you share for advertising.

Who we share it with

Your information is seen only by the Elixir team who handle your enquiry and care. We use trusted service providers to run our website, forms and messaging: website hosting and spam protection (Cloudflare), email, Google, Meta and WhatsApp. They process data on our behalf, and some of them store data outside India. We will share information with authorities only where the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising

Our website uses these tools to measure visits and the results of our ads:

• Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager. You can manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta that someone visited our site or sent an enquiry, so we can measure and show our ads to relevant people. It does not send your name, phone number or message to Meta. You can manage Meta ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account under "Ad preferences".

These tools use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to respond to you and provide your care, and for as long as Indian law requires us to keep medical and billing records. Enquiries that do not lead to a visit are deleted after 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to withdraw your consent, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Contact our grievance officer using the details below, and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Enquiries about a child under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian.
